00:00I was saying before and it's so nice to witness all the love that is just pouring over you tonight.
00:13Oh, thank you. It's been really fun.
00:17You know, it's so funny. I was reading a quote the other day. It says you have to slow down to find the speed of joy.
00:22And I feel like this encompasses that all around.
00:27God, I love that. I love that. Because you know what? I feel like I have been sprinting through life and not looking at anything.
00:34And I'm present at moments quickly, but I'm sprinting to the next to the next.
00:38And now I can literally slow it down. And Maria Schrocker was giving me some good advice.
00:43She goes, unhurried. Everything's unhurried. You just glide through.
00:48Don't push it. Don't rush it. And that's what I'm trying to do.
00:52Like we get one ride and that's it. So what am I doing?
00:59I'm running from thing to thing, making small talk and being like, what am I doing?
01:04No, like slow down, get deep, get real. And so that's what I feel like I'm doing.
01:10I feel like this is definitely going to accomplish that.
01:12Was there like an epiphany moment for you when it really hit you the most to kind of do that?
01:16I love you, Rachel. I love her so much. It did feel like a light bulb went off because when what you love kind of combines with where the need is, you're like, oh wait, this actually works.
01:28Like I could do this. So I feel like this is the right time for it because everyone's exhausted.
01:35Including me. It's like, how could you be this? I am tired and you just need someone to kind of lighten the load and take, peel off a couple of layers.
01:44And that's what I feel like this app does and the rest of the, I feel like it helps, makes things better.
01:49I'm so excited to explore it. I can't wait. I know you said that, you know, leaving today was a heartbreak that you never experienced before.
01:56What was it like going back? Oh my God. That's a great question.
02:01It's if you've ever like left your hometown and gone back for the first time and seen like neighbors and the grocery store and the people, it felt like coming home in like the best way.
02:13And, um, I felt so loved and so, um, embraced. Like, I don't, I, I still can't believe what it felt like. Like I kept saying it was really big. Like, I think this was the best day ever.
02:26Like it felt like the best day ever for me coming home. And sometimes when you come home, you don't know what it's going to feel like.
02:32Of course. It might be weird or what it's, it was the best day ever.
02:36Sure. Did you feel at peace leaving them too? You're like, all right, I did make the right work.
02:40I did. And I watched Jenna and I marvel. I'm like, this girl is to beat the band. Like she, there's nobody like her. Nobody, nobody. She is.
02:50You said if you were to come back to TV, it would be today.
02:53Yeah. Do you ever foresee that in your future? Are you a never say never type of person?
02:57I'm a never say never person. I mean, I also can imagine working with Jenna again one day. Like I thought about that because she and I say that secretly.
03:05Like one day I'll see in a couple of years, a couple of years. I feel like there's something there.
03:10I'm so happy that hope is doing fantastic. Yeah. She's, she's definitely found her sea legs and we're learning how to manage her diabetes.
03:18And I feel like a lot of parents and families go through it when the kids are little, it's hard.
03:23They want what they want and we have to be, you know, it's difficult, but enjoy this night. Soak it in. Congratulations.
