00:00Michael, do you think the club or players have a role in helping the community heal after events like this?
00:07And how important is it that that kind of leadership is in place?
00:13Well, they do. Absolutely, they do.
00:16Football clubs are the heartbeat of virtually every community, every town, every city in the UK.
00:24And, you know, they've always been like that.
00:27And we thrust our players in front of the cameras a lot of the time.
00:31You know, they weren't born to speak in front of the cameras about situations like that.
00:37But they hold such, you know, people hold them in such, you know, they revere them and hold them in such high regard.
00:44That often we throw our clubs, the people, the players, the manager, etc., in front of situations like this.
00:51And I think that they lead the way, you know, in doing an incredible job.
00:55So, yes, you know, statements have already come out from the club, from people close to it.
01:02The players, the ex-players, etc., all unify in moments like this.
01:08And as I say, I'm just hoping initial thoughts, initial news suggest it's not as bad as first feared.
01:16And hopefully we can put it behind us quite quickly.
01:19But, of course, with what's happened in the past, you can understand that the people of Liverpool, you know,
01:26originally are in a lot of shock and a lot of horror.
01:29And...
