00:59to cement herself as one of the most iconic villains in modern gaming. She's sadistic she's ferocious
01:05and by god do we want her to step on us.
01:129. The Animatronics Five Nights at Freddy's
01:31The lore of this point and click horror phenomenon goes deep. Some would say too deep. But even if
01:37you ignore the rest of the franchise the debut of Freddy and his murder robot pals alone was
01:42more than enough to capture the imagination and fear of millions of players. With nothing
01:47more than jump scares across a handful of night shifts the killer animatronics become household
01:52names spurned on by the murky nature of their backstory. Now they're an indie horror powerhouse
01:58propelled forward by an endless sea of sequels and spinoffs.
02:018. Trevor Grand Theft Auto 5
02:12While all three of GTA 5's protagonists are wholly entertaining with their different brands
02:17of criminality, Trevor's unfiltered anarchy became the face of the game itself. Severely
02:23easily angered and prone to bouts of murderous psychosis, Trevor was about as broken a man
02:28as it gets. And yet, he was still oddly endearing. You could start to see where the cracks formed

02:58Did someone ask for a supremely sassy vampire? Doesn't matter. Astarian is here and he won't be

03:17seems like your typical flamboyant bloodsucker with duplicitous designs. Depending on your actions,
03:22you'll get to see what lurks beneath the surface. A victim of cruelty and centuries of manipulation.

03:33there's no denying Astarian charmed a lot, and we do mean a lot of people.
03:436. Rayman Animal Crossing New Horizons
03:47For obvious reasons, New Horizons found itself as one of the ideal games to play during recent
03:53tumultuous times. Visiting other islands and expanding a sense of community, it was a heartwarming
03:58experience for many. There was, however, one aspect of the New Horizons phenomenon that was truly
04:04unexpected, and that was Rayman. With his unique design compared to the other residents of the
04:10island, players instantly wanted a piece. To the extent that some went so far as to capture him
04:16and charge others to come look your god.
04:285. Sora Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
04:31Never doubt Sakurai. The man knows how to deliver. All throughout its tenure, Smash Bros. Ultimate
04:45had delivered incredible guest fighters one after another, from Joker to Sephiroth all the way to
04:51Steve from Minecraft, though the reveal of its final fighter undoubtedly caused the biggest boom.
04:57Everyone had been predicting something crazy, perhaps a Dark Souls character, maybe Dante
05:02from Devil May Cry, and then we saw the Keyblade. Kingdom Hearts' popularity had continued to endure
05:08even with the monumental gaps between releases, so having Sora strut onto the fighting game scene
05:14was enough to make many gamers' brains burst.
05:224. EVE – Stellar Blade
05:25And we're back to the backsides. Yeah, there's no scooting around this one.
05:41Eve and her ungodly jiggle physics, unique collection of costumes, and top-notch animation ensured that
05:48even before the game's release, there were many who were left either salivating or offended by her
05:53appearance. There really was no in-between. The game lived and breathed on its combat, techno-aesthetic,
05:59and sexy lead, and they certainly delivered on all three. When it comes to the most luscious ladies in
06:05gaming, Eve as well and truly established a place for herself among the hierarchy.
06:093. Melania – Elden Ring

06:20While none of Elden Ring's roster of bosses are what you would consider easy, there was one that put
06:26absolute fear into Soulsborne fans alike. With her ability to heal with every strike, two phases of
06:32seething difficulty, and the nightmare that is her waterfowl dance technique, Melania shot up the ranks
06:38as FromSoftware's hardest boss at the time. Rumors of her strength run amok, tempting newcomers to try
06:45their luck in vanquishing her, only to meet their end all the same. Some still have trauma.
06:502. Abbey – The Last of Us Part II
07:04There's Infamous, and then there's Abby Anderson. Few characters in the video game scene have inspired
07:18as much hate as Abby over the years, all stemming from her unceremonious murder of Joel at the start
07:24of this long-sought sequel. While her vengeance isn't at all random, given that Joel murdered her
07:29father while on his rampage to save Ellie's life, the way in which she's presented, and the efforts
07:35to try and shed light on her reasoning after the gruesome act, yeah, that didn't sit well with people,
07:40to such an extent that the conversation surrounding her became absurdly toxic.
07:591. Johnny Silverhand – Cyberpunk 2077
08:15Long before the game began its long road to recovery following a botched launch, Cyberpunk was
08:31already saturated in hype. So, what did CD Projekt Red do to capitalize on that in the biggest way
08:37possible? They got Keanu freakin' Reeves! The showcase in which the character of Johnny was revealed was
08:44unironically breathtaking. Having star power attached to a game is one thing,
08:49but having Keanu Reeves at the height of his second renaissance headline sent anticipation flying
