00:03Derbyshire Police have launched an investigation into an incident in a Chesterfield Park
00:07during which two teenagers were allegedly attacked by a man.
00:12Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward
00:14after reports that two teenage boys were assaulted in Thistle Park in Bremington on Friday.
00:20A Derbyshire Police spokesperson said
00:21Investigations into the incident are ongoing
00:24and we would encourage anyone with information to contact us.
00:27Plans have been unveiled to add six new houses to a street of terraced homes in Chesterfield.
00:35An application by Admiral Property Development Limited
00:38seeks permission from the Borough Council to erect muse houses
00:41on a site currently occupied by vacant garages on Sanford Street.
00:46Each of the proposed houses would have three bedrooms,
00:48a dining kitchen and a separate living space.
00:52The traditional exterior design of the houses, under pitch-toweled roofing,
00:55would be in keeping with surrounding houses.
00:57And the new bills would be grouped into two sets of three properties.

01:03the existing prefabricated garages on the site would be dismantled.
01:07The garages were formerly owned by Chesterfield Borough Council
01:09and were sold at auction to Admiral Property Development in September 2024.
