00:00So, Britney Spears came back from Cabo San Lucas last night.
00:05As she is often doing.
00:08Prone to do.
00:09Yes.
00:09And she was on a private jet.
00:12I mean, some people call this kind of the Uber of jets,
00:15where you can, you know, take a seat on a smaller plane that a company owns.
00:20It's not always just yourself on it.
00:22Not just yourself or other passengers.
00:23But there was an incident that ultimately led to, we're told, authorities actually giving Britney a stern warning.
00:34Right.
00:34Because when she landed, the flight attendants alerted the authorities to the fact that someone on the plane named Spears had lit up a cigarette.
00:45There was also drinking going on.
00:47Now, the drinking, obviously, on a flight is not a big deal.
00:50But we raise it here just to say that we know in the past that drinking with Britney has led to some poor decisions.
01:00Well, not just poor decisions.
01:01And also, it's just not healthy for her with the medication.
01:05She's been to rehab.
01:06Right.
01:06And it is a problem.
01:08So, here's what happens.
01:09So, she's on the plane, drinking, we're told.
01:12And she lights up a cigarette and starts taking puffs.
01:16The flight attendant or flight attendants are, we're told, the word was alarmed that they saw this because you're just not allowed to do that.
01:28And she was difficult.
01:30But she put it out when they told her to.
01:33They put it out.
01:34But it seemed concerning enough, we're told, when she landed at LAX, authorities came up and talked to her.
01:42Now, it wasn't the LAX police because we spoke with them and they said that they had no contact with Britney.
01:49So, the only other authorities we could think of would be Customs.
01:53Especially on a flight coming in from Mexico.
01:56We contacted Customs and they essentially just said no comment.
02:00So, that's kind of where it stands.
02:02But there are people alarmed.
02:03And we know that she was given some kind of warning that, you know, you can't be doing this on planes.
02:09And I think it's kind of just like a universal knowledge that you just don't smoke on airplanes.
02:15So, we know that people around her are very concerned about this specific incident.
02:19Because, you know, every day that she is going through life, there's just been issues with her.
02:25People around her are very concerned.
02:27I think just like the general public can look at her Instagram, see like a lot of the dancing videos, and worry about her.
02:35There's a lot of concern.
02:37By the way, we did reach out to the plane company, JSX, also known as JetSuite.
02:42And they did not want to speak on the events that occurred last night.
02:46So, last night.
02:48And so, look, we talked to several people.
02:53And there are people in her orbit who are concerned.
02:57And I had a really interesting conversation with somebody today who was saying, really angry at the judge in the conservatorship case.
03:08Which is interesting because it's been a while.
03:10It's not like this was, she's been out of the conservatorship for going on two years.
03:15Yeah, but in a way, it's not surprising.
03:17No, no, and that's my point.
03:19The fact that they are still, that this person is still going back to the judge really highlights what people, the travesty that a lot of people in her life view that decision by the judge to dissolve the conservatorship as a really, really bad one.
03:38A really bad one.
03:39And, you know, I got to say that the person I spoke to was really just angry and called this judge a Hollywood judge.
03:49I don't have the exact words, but the essence of it was a Hollywood judge who had all of the paperwork before her that showed medical and mental evaluations over a period of years and years and years by two dozen doctors.
04:05And the judge, rather than even asking for a new medical evaluation, just said, okay, we'll release her.
04:13And this person said this judge simply just bent to the Free Britney people who were standing outside the courthouse and didn't want to deal with their wrath and said, okay, and never even considered the fact that she's got a serious mental illness that requires some kind of supervision.
04:35At least according to people, because remember, a lot of the Free Britney people, well, they can move on with their lives.
04:40But there are some people who can't move on, who are still in that orbit, who now have to deal with something that's really hard to deal with because she's in control of everything.
04:51And she calls the shots.
04:53She calls the shots.
04:54Which, you know, the Free Britney people would all say that's what it should be.
04:57She should get to call the shots.
05:00And that's fine up until some of the shots she calls are, you know, get her in trouble.
05:06And then, I guess, then what do they say?
05:09Well, and it's not even, and it's more than just getting her in trouble.
05:11It's like, you know, here's the one thing the Free Britney people knew absolutely nothing about.
05:18Any of the medical stuff.
05:20Hey, this is Dama Louise from Las Vegas.
05:22I'm concerned also about Britney, but lighting up on a private flight, if I was on that flight, I would have been living.
05:31Seeing this behavior from her, lighting up on the flight, the videos that we've seen that have just been flat out weird, shows me the other side of the coin that so many of us are seeing.
05:42And it's really making me scratch my head about the judge's decision.
