00:11hey, come here, let's talk about things before we actually pursue you. You might be wondering,
00:16why is it called a Wells Notice? It was originally proposed by a committee that was the Wells
00:20Committee back in the 1970s, and that's why it has that name. But if you do get a Wells Notice
00:26from the SEC, you just need to stay calm, present your facts, put things together in a well-formed
00:32Wells submission, and hopefully if it's done right and there really isn't a case,
00:36then they will drop all the allegations.
