00:00I accidentally made this fancy version of hamburger helper and a year later I'm still

00:04making it because it's that good. I defrost some beef in cold water in about 20 minutes and then

00:08I add that to a hot pan with a little bit of oil, season it really well, and break it up into little

00:12chunks. Add in red onion, minced garlic, and tomato paste and then deglaze the bottom of the pan with

00:16some apple cider vinegar. Pour in some water, add in the pasta noodles and some heavy cream and let

00:20this all cook together for about 12 to 14 minutes and then just finish it off with a little more

00:24heavy cream, some cheddar cheese, and pecorino romano. I made a super simple salad to go with

00:28this and I know it seems strange to serve pasta with a salad but believe me when I say this

00:32combination is a match made in heaven. Top it off with even more cheese and it's ready to enjoy.
