Gonda BJP Leader Engages In ‘Obscene’ Act With Woman At Party Office, Gets Show-Cause Notice

BJP's Gonda district president Amar Kishore Kashyap, also known as Bam Bam, has landed in soup after a video of him purportedly engaging in inappropriate behaviour with a woman has gone viral on social media platforms. While the incident took place on April 12, the video surfaced online this month. In the viral video, Kashyap appears to make "inappropriate advances" towards a woman BJP worker. However, Kashyap has dismissed the allegations, accusing political rivals of misrepresenting the video. He claimed that he was helping the woman after she had started to feel unwell. Taking note of the viral clip, the BJP has issued a show-cause notice to Kashyap and asked him to submit a written response withing seven days.
