00:00Significant, stronger hurricanes, more frequent storms.
00:04One storm can wipe out 100% of our GDP.
00:08One storm. And so we are really at the peril
00:12of nature with respect to climate change.
00:16And that is why we are calling for
00:20climate justice. Why climate justice? We did not create
00:24the problem. We contribute.
00:28We don't contribute to the problem. It's very negligible.
00:32As a matter of fact, our ocean and our forests, I think
00:36are taking more of carbon dioxide from it
00:40than what we produce. So therefore we are
00:44naturally helping the problem. Yet,
00:48we suffer the most. So it's not a question of
00:52pity or handouts. We are not asking for those things.
00:56We are proud people. We are asking for justice.
