00:09Until last night, my trophy drought is about as long as Spurs.

00:27And then we will see next week here with everybody that is involved.
00:31We will draw everything that we planned and actually what happened.
00:34And I will take all that and go to Spain, somewhere very quiet,
00:38and start to go through that with some ideas that I already have,
00:42with some learnings that I already took.
00:45And then it's not about that.
00:46It's after putting that into a plan,
00:48improve our vision that you can stray away immediately as quick as possible
00:53or start to pass into all the staff
00:55so everybody is aligned and ready on day one through that door
00:58to go and pursue the objectives that we have.
01:01We're always told with these meetings that Charles had honest conversations
01:05and you're supposed to come up with what your weakness is,
01:08what the thing you've most got to improve is.
01:11I'm being serious about it.
01:13If you're going in there and you're going to say to them,
01:16look, this is what I got wrong, this is what I need to improve,
01:19what would that be?
01:20You personally, not the whole team, not the whole club,
01:22but you personally, what would you say,
01:24I could have done this better this year and I will do it,
01:26and judge me on doing it better next year?
01:28Yeah, I would do that.
01:30I'm not going to tell you what is it,
01:31but I'm going to do that for sure.
01:34And I hope they do the same.

01:37but it's also a chance for you to say to them,
01:39you need to do this better.
01:40Do you have that relationship with the hierarchy
01:43and say, guys, I need more help here, please?
01:46Yeah, upstairs there with the players,
01:48but that's very transparent.
01:49I mean, that's the culture that we have created.
01:51Do it, do it in a respectful way.
01:53Give arguments, make sure that the context that you are saying
01:57that is not for your own benefit,
01:59but it's the benefit of all of them.
02:01Then bring solutions, not the problem,
02:03just if you bring a problem,
02:04bring solutions to that problem.
02:06Because, you know, we're just bulking in problems.
02:09So do that work, find it,
02:11and then find the solution immediately,
02:13and we can share it and we can make the right decision after that.
02:17But, I mean, I really enjoy, it's phenomenal,
02:19the atmosphere that we have in there, the work,
02:21that those moments is one of the best in the season.

02:47I enjoy it because I know that I've given my best.

02:52And I have put all the hours, efforts.

02:58I've been honest especially with the staff and players.
03:00I do have this feeling at the end of this season,
03:03we still have one more game to go.
03:05Hopefully that will remain after Sunday.
03:07And after that, I think we all deserve as well to recharge,
03:10to think about other things,
03:12to give time to our families, our friends,
03:14and disconnect a little bit from this world.
03:17But there is always that connection constantly
03:20because the phone is going to be on
03:21because a lot of things happen in a football club
03:23that you have to pay attention to.
03:25But yeah, hopefully I will enjoy a lot.
