Why is it important to have more women in CEO roles?

Well, that assumes that I do. I believe anybody who's qualified should be in the CEO role.

It's important so they can be an example for younger women or even men.

It'll give more women a chance to look up to somebody.

Because there's not many women in CEO roles.

For equality, for sure.

Because I feel like it could break the barrier we have.

Because this is a man's world. And I think that it's time for us to change that a little bit.

I think it's really important because of representation.

I am a woman myself and I couldn't name a CEO that's a woman.

Everybody should have a fair opportunity. It's important to have that representation as well.

I feel like, why not? I feel like women do win the world.
