00:00The Composo Festival is part of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts National Literature Month series of activities.
00:08This afternoon's contest is the highlight of the Composo Festival.
00:13Last May 3, we had an online lecture on the Composo with Dr. Tan Gonzalez as resource person.
00:20A week after was the deadline for the written Composo.
00:24Ang mga kaupot ko sa hubong manunulat, kakaibalugin na daw ginaterdiosin ako kung lapit na ang deadline sa written contest, kaya basing wala sa magpasako.
00:35But always, I am surprised by the number of entries we received.
00:40This year, we had entries from Antique, Aklan, Capiz, Negros Occidental to name a few of the places here in Western Visayas, and even from Calamba in Laguna.
00:52We also had entries, we received entries outside the country from Singapore and South Korea.
