00:00I seek refuge in God from Satan the accursed
00:07In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
00:15Ya Sin and the Wise Quran
00:25You are indeed one of the messengers.
00:31On a straight path
00:39Download the Dear, the Merciful
00:45To warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless.
01:05The word has come true against most of them, so they do not believe.
01:16We have put shackles on their necks.
01:29It is up to the chins, so they are upright.
01:35And We placed before them a barrier.
01:43And behind them is a dam
01:50So We covered them, so they do not see.
01:57It is the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them.
02:09Or have you not warned them? They will not believe.
02:16You only warn those who follow the message and fear the Most Merciful.
02:27And he feared the Most Gracious in secret
02:32So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward.
02:42Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life.
02:47We write down what they have presented and their traces.
02:55And all things We have recorded in a clear register.
03:05And give them an example: the companions of the town.
03:11When the messengers came to her
03:17When We sent to them two
03:23They denied them.
03:28So we added a third
03:31They said
03:34We are sent to you
03:46They said, "You are only human beings like us."
03:55And the Most Gracious has not sent down anything
04:04You are nothing but liars.
04:10They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you."
04:21We have no duty except to convey the clear message.
04:30They said, "We have bad omens about you."
04:41If you do not stop, we will stone you.
04:47Let us stone you
04:51And a painful punishment will touch you from Us
04:59They said your bird is with you
05:07If you mentioned
05:09But you are a transgressing people.
05:19A man came running from the farthest part of the city.
05:27He said, "O my people, follow the messengers."
05:34Follow those who do not ask you for a reward.
05:39They are guided
05:44Why should I not worship He who created me?
05:51And to Him you will return
05:56Shall I take other gods besides Him? If the Most Merciful should desire me
06:07If the Most Gracious should desire me to be afflicted, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor will they save me.
06:25Indeed, I am in clear error
06:34I have believed in your Lord, so listen.
06:44It was said enter heaven
06:48He said, "Oh, if only people knew."
06:55Because my Lord has forgiven me and made me one of the honored ones
07:03And We did not send down to his people after him any goodness from the sky.
07:22And we were not sending it down
07:30It was only a single shout, and at once they were extinguished.
07:42Oh, what a pity for the servants
07:47There came not to them a messenger but they mocked him.
08:01Have they not seen how many generations before them We destroyed?
08:16They will not return to them
08:20And all of us are present with them.
08:30And a sign for them is the dead land.
08:35We revived it and brought forth from it grain, from which they eat.
08:48And make therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines.
09:02And We caused springs to gush forth therein.
09:08That they may eat of its fruit and of what their hands have made. Will they not then be grateful?
09:20Glory be to Him who created all pairs of what
09:28All of what the earth produces and of themselves
09:38And from themselves and from what they do not know
09:47And a sign for them is the night. We remove from it the day, and at once they are in darkness.
10:00The sun runs to its resting place
10:06It is settled for her. That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing.
10:14And the moon - We have determined for it phases until it returns [appearing] like an old dried date stalk.
10:26The sun should not overtake the moon
10:39Night precedes day
10:45And each is floating in an orbit.
10:52And a sign for them is that We carried their offspring in the famous ship.
11:04And We created for them from the like thereof that on which they ride.
11:12If We will, We can drown them, but they will have no one to cry out to, nor will they be saved.
11:24Except for mercy from Us and enjoyment for a while.
11:33And when it is said to them, “Fear what is before you and what is behind you,”
11:46May you be shown mercy
11:50And there does not come to them a sign from the signs of their Lord but they turn away from it.
12:06And when it is said to them, “Spend from what God has provided for you,”
12:15Those who disbelieved said to those who believed
12:21He is the one who, if Allah willed, He would feed him.
12:34You are nothing but in manifest error.
12:42And they say, “When will this promise come to pass, if you should be truthful?”
12:52They only wait for one shout
13:00One takes them and they deduct
13:07They cannot make recommendations nor can they return to their families.
13:25And they will see the trumpets, and at once they will hasten from the graves to their Lord.
13:37They said, "Woe to us! Who has raised us from our beds?"
13:45This is what the Most Gracious promised, and the messengers spoke the truth.
13:57It will be but one shout, and at once they will all be brought before Us.
14:10Today no soul will be wronged at all.
14:20And you will be recompensed only for what you used to do.
14:28The companions of Paradise, that Day, will be in joyful occupation.
14:39They and their spouses will be reclining on couches in the shade.
14:49They will have therein fruits and whatever they request.
14:59Peace be upon you, a word from the Lord, the Most Merciful.
15:07Today is special, you criminals!
15:13Did I not charge you, O children of Adam, that you should not worship Satan?
15:24He is your clear enemy.
15:31And that they should worship Me. This is a straight path.
15:41And he has led astray many of you.
15:49You were not rational
15:53This is the Hell you were promised.
16:01Pray for it today for what you used to disbelieve.
16:09Today we seal their mouths, but their hands will speak.
16:25Their feet will bear witness to what they used to earn.
16:35And if We willed, We could have blinded their eyes.
16:45On their eyes, so race to the path, and I am they who see.
16:55And if We had willed, We would not have made them in their place.
17:04On their position, they could neither extend nor return.
17:13And whom We grant long life - We reverse him in creation. Then will they not reason?
17:23We did not teach him poetry, nor what is appropriate for it.
17:30It is only a reminder and a clear Qur'an.
17:38To warn whoever is alive and to justify the word against the disbelievers.
17:49Have they not seen that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, livestock, and they are their owners?
18:10And We have made them subservient to them; some of them they ride and some of them they eat.
18:21And they have therein benefits and drinks. Will they not then be grateful?
18:31And they have taken besides God gods that perhaps they will be aided.
18:42They cannot help them, and they are their prepared soldiers.
18:52So do not be saddened by what they say. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare.
19:07Has man not seen that We created him from a sperm-drop?
19:19Then he is a clear opponent.
19:24And he has set forth for us an example and has forgotten his own creation. He says, “Who will give life to the bones when they have disintegrated?”
19:37Say, He who created it the first time will revive it.
19:53The first time, and He is All-Knowing of all creation.
20:01Who made for you fire from the green tree, and then, behold, you kindle from it.
20:21Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the likes of them?
20:39Yes, and He is the Creator, the All-Knowing.
20:45His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, “Be,” and it is.
21:05Glory be to Him in whose hand is dominion
21:11You are responsible for everything and to Him you will return.
