New Delhi, May 22 2025 (ANI): Pradyot Kishore Debbarmat, Founder of BJP’s coalition partner in Tripura, TIPRA Motha party, on Rising Northeast Investors Summit 2025. He said, “We are looking for investments in almost all sectors, largely agriculture, tourism, infrastructure. We are also looking at new technology, artificial intelligence to promote our tourism, to promote our bamboo, agro-based industries……”

00:19And also we are looking at significant CSR in sports, in service industry, hotels, nursing, health.

00:29So these are the core areas that we are looking at and we are hopeful that we will be able to take a positive step ahead in this matter.

00:39You yourself is in the hospitality sector.

00:42They will not only come to visit one part of Tripra, they will come and see Chhabhimura, they will see Matriprasundari,

00:48they will go to Unnakoti, they will see a bit of Agartala, they will see Sabrum, they will see Dumbur.

00:56So the idea is to create a circuit and to create a circuit you will need connectivity,

01:01you will need the sense of hospitality, service industry and you will obviously need infrastructure.

01:08Agartala is largely now coming up but we need to create a circuit especially in Dumbur areas, in the ADC areas

01:14because if anyone wants to come to Tripura or to North East, they would like to see more than a city.

01:30then it will be the greatest one of betrayed, then the people of Tripura, the indigenous people of Tripura

01:40On the last query, recently the government of India has shut import from Bangladesh through land borders

01:48I think we should shut also illegal people coming into Tripura.

01:51Today, one of my MLA is doing a big rally.

01:54Amit Shah has said within 30 days, we should throw out all illegal immigrants coming into India.

02:00So Tripura, if the government of India has a problem,

02:04then regional parties like Tipra and Motha is ready to help the government in kicking out these illegal migrants.
