Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai flag off motorcycles for anti-naxal operations in Narayanpur

Narayanpur (Chhattisgarh), May 23, 2025 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai flagged off motorcycle given to DRG personnel for anti-naxal operations in Narayanpur on May 23. He also interacted with the jawans who were part of the recent successful operation.“Our jawans are continuously fighting naxalism and being successful in their operations. This operation that took place in the Abujmarh area of Narayanpur has been the biggest one so far. Our jawans have been extremely successful. Our jawans neutralised the General Secretary of Maoists, Basava Raju, and it is a big blow to the naxals...,” said Vishnu Deo Sai.  “The terrain was very rugged, with hills, valleys, and rivers, and Naxals heavily dominated the area... Our forces have recovered a number of weapons from them... Women jawans of the force have played an amazing role and fought shoulder to shoulder with us. They stood strong irrespective of the weather conditions. They are more hardworking than us. The jawans could feel the happiness inside after what they had achieved. This was enough to motivate them...,” said Inspector Avinash Kanwar.
