00:07I have always called Gen Z the side hustle generation,

00:11where it's both out of purpose and meaning, but also out of money,

00:16where we've realized that we can just make money online.

00:19And so if that's the option, then the jobs that we take,

00:25we have a lot more kind of flexibility and optionality.

00:30If we realize that we can just go make money online and figure out how to do that.

00:34So that's kind of how I see it.
