00:47dahil sa pakikipagkonsyabahan sa mga fixers para magproseso ng mga driver's license maging na mga registro.

00:54Babala ng LTO, maging mga maukuling gumagamit ng peking lisensya ay maaaring makasuhan ng falsification of public documents.
