00:00I'll continue to stress the importance of heating the warnings and that this is about
00:05us trying to help the communities prepare well in advance to any potential floodwaters.
00:11We still have a very active situation in the context of the rainfall of 100mm through to
00:17embedded storms.
00:18The embedded storms will continue to see flash flooding.
00:21The flash flooding is a high risk on anyone that is travelling on the roads and again
00:25you need to be situationally aware and not just rely on the warnings.
00:29We will continue to put the warnings out, but you cannot just rely on the warnings.
00:33If you live in areas that you feel that you're unsafe or have concerns, that is a very good
00:38time to actually relocate in many cases.
00:41Our focus today very much is in the areas of Taree right through to Kempsey, so there's
00:47a range of communities from Kempsey, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen and Yerunga, they are
00:54just to name some of those areas, that's the areas that we've currently got active flooding.
