01:05The government must promote an effective strategy to adapt schools and guarantee safe access to them,
01:11so that students do not pay such a high price for learning.
01:15It is unacceptable that, in a society where many young people seek easy money
01:20and criminal networks are willing to recruit them, studying is such a difficult task.
01:25Nations that have firmly invested in education today show sustained progress and a superior quality of life.
01:33On the contrary, countries that neglect the education of their youth remain stuck in backwardness
01:39and condemn the majority of their population to precarious conditions.
01:44We need the authorities to make a deep commitment so that studying ceases to be a battle for survival
01:50and becomes a dignified and hopeful exercise.
