Reflecting on her first year in charge, Hayes says she's 'absolutely loving' her time in the 'perfect job'.

00:00I know sometimes my tone can be like always really excited and sometimes it can be like it is today where I've got a bit of a sore throat.
00:12So I don't want you to mistake that for anything less than just a sore throat because the truth is like I'm in love with my job every day and with the development that comes with that.
00:25Also, I'm loving learning again a new culture, a new playing pool and everything that comes with that.
00:34But yet I feel new to it, but not really because it's something I'm so familiar with.
00:40So I felt knowing America has been like really useful from my perspective and I haven't felt like, I don't know, because I understand the landscape and the football landscape.
00:53It's been a lot easier. I think right now I'm in their headspace of working on the 27, the plan for to qualify for 27.
01:03But also within that, like why those missing gaps are there, not just in our program, in our sport, because I'm all about like not just closing the gap, but how can we help support all areas of the sport?
01:21So I'm in my perfect job and yeah, absolutely loving it.
