00:00One area, and this is the case for the entire state, that we continue to be let down in is housing.
00:06If we want to be in a situation where the next generation, young people in particular, can move into the community where their parents and their grandparents are,
00:15so that they can raise their family the same way that they were raised, we need to provide more housing.
00:21If we're going to take more homes, we need the infrastructure as well.
00:23And you can't have one without the other. It's just too important to make sure that if you're accepting people into our community,
00:30there must be investment in roads. There must be investment in schools.
00:34There must be investment in the essential enabling infrastructure that lets you build housing.
00:40Now, we've invested close to a billion dollars on the Milton Ulladulla Bypass.
00:46I'm conscious that that's been promised for a number of years.
00:52And there's a degree of scepticism on a project as big as that.
00:56And I don't blame you, and I think that's reasonable that you feel that way.
00:59I want to make it clear, however, that we're not searching for the funds.
01:02We're not projecting to go ahead with that project. It's been allocated.
01:05Nothing.
01:06I don't know.
01:06Money.
01:06Money.
