00:38this is him admitting to having cancer back in 2022. But Biden appears to be referring to previous

00:45health issues like the two non-melanoma skin cancers he had removed before taking office. But of course

00:52the speculation didn't stop there and it was coming from people really high up. Some critics

00:58including Donald Trump Jr the president's son were raising concern about why Jill Biden his wife

01:05didn't spot the signs before if she was a doctor. Well she's actually a doctorate in education not

01:12in medicine. Critics were claiming this was all part of a cover-up to conceal his health issues. But we've

01:19heard this narrative before like in the 2024 election when Republicans claimed that Joe Biden's cognitive

01:26health was actually much worse than they were being honest about. Donald Trump Jr has also claimed that

01:33Joe Biden has stage 5 cancer which is untrue. He's got grade group 5 prostate cancer. But here's what we do

01:40know. On Friday he was diagnosed with cancer after doctors found a small nodule. Further testing revealed

01:48that it was high grade and that it had already spread to his bone. But it appears to be hormone

01:54sensitive meaning that there could be effective management. And also him and his family are currently

02:00reviewing the treatment options. So there's no evidence of a prior diagnosis that's been covered up.

02:06Just speculation fueled by a clip that's been taken out of context and a whole lot of political noise.
