Tom Cruise chats with THR at the 'Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning' premiere in New York and tells us that he will keep making movies into his 100s. Plus, he reveals what has been the most rewarding part of working on the 'Mission: Impossible' franchise.

00:00Congratulations on this film. I know you said a couple of years ago that you would keep making Mission Impossible movies into your 80s.

00:07Is that still true?

00:08I actually said I'm going to make movies into my 80s. I don't know what.

00:11Okay, okay. Maybe movies. Actually, I'm going to make them into my hundreds.

00:16I will never stop.

00:17I will never stop doing action. I will never stop doing drama, comedy, films. I'm excited.

00:23Well, we will always take a Tom Cruise movie.

00:25What has been the most rewarding part about this 30-year Mission Impossible journey for you so far?

00:30I can't say the most rewarding because there's been so many levels of reward with the filmmakers that I've collaborated with,

00:37the crews, the people, the cultures that we've worked in, everything that I've learned and continue to learn about storytelling,

00:46about life, about leadership, about character, and, you know, every aspect of filmmaking.

00:55And it's been exceptional. You know, it really is. It is exceptional.

00:59I mean, I feel very fortunate to be able to make the films that I make, and I love it.

01:04I just love making movies.

01:06Oh, for sure. And, of course, you are the master of stunts.

01:09Do you have a pre-stunt ritual at all to keep you calm, or is it just another day on the job?

01:14To keep me calm? No, there's a lot of pre-stunt rituals that keep me alive.

01:19So, and it depends on what I'm doing.

01:21So, and the amount of preparation that I have to do, it's, you know, a lot of thought goes into it.

01:27And, you know, they're very, very complex and very interesting.

01:32Well, we're excited for everyone to see this moving.

01:35Maybe the final reckoning, maybe not, but we'll see.
