00:02:49champion, Masha Slamovich, and her under siege opponent, Victoria Crawford.
00:02:54After Crawford had made her TNA in-ring debut, Crawford had been victorious and
00:03:00then called out Slamovich, that battle ensued, and Blanchard used that as an opportunity to jump Masha.
00:03:07Masha Slamovich is going to have to have her head on a swivel, it seems, everywhere she goes.
00:03:12And her tag team partner, from Neptune Beach, Florida, Victoria Crawford!
00:03:37I still cannot wrap my head around this situation with the deputy director of authority,
00:03:43Victoria Crawford, Robert Stone, whatever his quote-unquote official role is within this company,
00:03:49but Santino Marella was the one who made this match.
00:03:53Look, when you know the right people, you can make moves,

00:05:28Nikita Lyons is indeed the tag team partner of our Knockouts world champion.
00:05:34But Masha's kind of in there in a three-strangers-to-one scenario, if you will.
00:05:40Masha Slamovich, at first, or Santina Morello, was to have her choice
00:05:45of a tag team partner up against Stefano and Crawford.
00:05:48Stone stepped in and said, no, no, no, I'm going to pick
00:05:51the tag team partner for Masha Slamovich.
00:05:53So I'm not entirely sure if these two will get along, it seems fine so far.
00:05:58There is a very diverse MMA background in the arsenal of Nikita Lyons.
00:06:03We know a lot about the MMA background of Masha Slamovich, so this could work out.
00:06:08But that's, I think, it's a question mark, isn't it?

00:12:46It's Cody Diener one-on-one with a two-time TNA world champion in Eddie Edwards.

00:12:57Just you saying that this is two and a half hours down the road from my hometown
00:13:02is bringing a lot of memories and emotions to mind.
00:13:04Ever since I was five years old, I had this big dream of being a professional wrestler.
00:13:09And I'll never forget the first time I shared that with somebody in my hometown
00:13:14and they laughed at me.
00:13:16And I decided that day that I was going to prove them wrong.
00:13:19All the hard work that I've put in.
00:13:22I'm sitting here with you a part of TNA wrestling.
00:13:25I'm a professional wrestler.
00:13:26I've accomplished the dream.
00:13:28The emotions are all over the place.
00:13:30No one gets anywhere by themselves.
00:13:33And you've been very open about how much your wife and your kids mean to you.
00:13:39What has the support of your family meant to you along this journey?
00:13:44My wife is a saint.
00:13:46You know, we're on the road all the time.
00:13:48And I wouldn't be able to do what I do without the support of my wife.
00:13:52And my kids love what I do.
00:13:56And to look your kids in the eyes and to know that they're proud of what you do
00:14:00and are excited about what you do.
00:14:02There's no better feeling in the world.
00:14:05I remember one of the only times that my son cried was after a wrestling match.
00:14:12And I thought he was crying because I was injured.
00:14:15And he said, no, that's not why I'm crying, Dad.
00:14:17Crying because you lost.
00:14:19And I realized that day, not just what wrestling and accomplishing this dream means to me,
00:14:28but what it means to my family and my kids.
00:14:31Your performance in the ring has come under fire.
00:14:34It's been over a year since you last won a singles match.
00:14:38What's been so impressive to me getting to know you over these last few years
00:14:42is not necessarily what you do in the ring in front of a camera.
00:14:46It's what you do behind the scenes here in TNA Wrestling.
00:14:49It's what you do away from the cameras in your personal life that I know means so much to you.
00:14:53Wrestling is not just about wins and losses.
00:14:56I think to me, wrestling is really about relationships with the fans
00:15:00that I take great pride in having a good one with them.
00:15:03But then the relationships that you make behind the scenes.
00:15:06I mean, at TNA, we're a family here.
00:15:08So to be able to contribute to that family,
00:15:11pass on a little bit of knowledge to the other members of the family,
00:15:14that means a lot to me.
00:15:15In terms of the things I do outside of the ring, I do a lot of work with kids.
00:15:18And the reason I do that is because I remember the way I felt when I was five,
00:15:22having this dream.
00:15:23And I do a lot of speaking at schools, children's groups,
00:15:26and encouraging them to dare to dream big
00:15:30because I had a big dream when I was a kid.
00:15:33And I want them to dream big too.
00:15:36The task you now have in front of you at Under Siege
00:15:39is to prove that you belong in TNA Wrestling.
00:15:42And in order to do that, you have to be a two-time TNA World Champion
00:15:47in Eddie Edwards of the System.
00:15:49Eddie Edwards, who in my opinion, is a future surefire TNA Hall of Famer.
00:15:55If Cody Diener beats Eddie Edwards at Under Siege,
00:15:59what will be different for Cody Diener?
00:16:05I mean, you and I both know the level of respect that Eddie Edwards has.
00:16:08Not just here at TNA, but I mean, across the entire industry.
00:16:13Everyone puts Eddie Edwards on a pedestal,
00:16:16and it's a pedestal that he deserves to be on.
00:16:20But if I can beat the man on that pedestal,
00:16:22people will look at me different.
