00:00I'm here today in Llangollen for our Welsh Conservative Conference. We're all excited

00:11about coming together today because we have a plan to fix Wales, to fix all elements of

00:16what is going wrong with 26 years of Welsh labour in control here. Poor NHS services,

00:23poor education service, lack of investment in our infrastructure and massive pressure on farmers

00:31being brought by a lack of understanding of the issues that they face every day. So together

00:37we will come today with a full set of policies which will be costed, which will fix Wales and

00:42we can make sure that the country thrives for the future, contrary to what's happening now.
