00:00And welcome to Newquay. So I haven't prepared anything, but I just wanted to thank you all for being here this evening and particularly to those members in Newquay that have worked so hard, I know, and to our friends in Dinard who have come across to Newquay this weekend.
00:21And thankfully you brought the weather with you, you know, beautiful sunshine you brought with you. Never rains in Newquay.
00:30And, you know, I really want to say that it would be lovely to be able to, in the 40th year of signing the Charter, to be able to celebrate that with you, either here or in Dinard, and reaffirm that really important relationship that our two towns have.
00:54Because in recent years, of course, things have slipped with everything that's happened, of course.
01:01And, you know, I want to reach our arms back across the channel to our friends and neighbours in Dinard.
01:09So here's to you, and here's to Newquay. And cheers.
01:14Cheers.
