00:01Every other action movie you see,
00:03it's usually an ex-assassin fighting a special forces guy,
00:07and they both know how to fight,
00:09and everyone's doing cool karate the whole time.
00:11And this is not that.
00:12This is somebody who's flailing, who's trying to survive,
00:15who's trying to use their environment around them,
00:17you know, use this genetic condition that they have to their advantage.
00:21He can't feel pain.
00:23And so you need to build that into the choreography,
00:25and that's where a regular person might wince here and look up like this.
00:29He's not going to do that because he can't feel anything.
00:32You know, and so that's a challenge, you know,
00:34not only for us and for Stanny, but for Jack too.
00:37He has to still be able to sell emotion while being hit, but not pain.
00:42And that's difficult.
00:44It's been really interesting working out the choreography for stunt scenes
00:47and making sure that I don't wince
00:50and making sure that I don't show any pain on my face.
00:54I've gotten used to it now, but it will ruin me for other jobs
00:58where I just won't react.
