Chinese kidnap suspects arrested  Philippine National Police spokesman Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo on Monday (May 19, 2025) discusses the arrest of Chinese woman Wenli Gong alias Kelly Tan Lim, one of the possible masterminds in the kidnapping and murder of Filipino-Chinese steel magnate Anson Que and his driver Armanie Pabillo.  Fajardo said Kelly and Wu Ja Ping were arrested in Boracay on Saturday.
