‘60 illegal properties of criminals’ demolished in Gujarat’s Rajkot

Rajkot (Gujarat), May 19, 2025 (ANI): Rajkot police demolishes around 60 ‘illegal constructions’ belonging to ‘38 habitual offenders’.On demolition of illegal properties DCP Zone 2 Jagdish said, "At the directions of Gujarat Home Minister and DGP, a list of 30 habitual offenders was prepared. We were directed to identify their illegal constructions and illegal electricity connections... More than 60 illegal constructions belonging to 38 criminals with multiple offences, such as murder, attempt to murder, loot, were destroyed... Some of the offenders have more than 10 cases registered against them... More such serial offenders will be identified and similar action will be taken..."
