A little background: I was investigating some, what I would call, minor glitches that I experienced in that area in a yet-to-be-released video. I wasn't planning to record this investigation, so I just restarted the game and spawned the first cop car on the list. Just up the road I encountered Trevor, who fled on foot and produced a grenade launcher.
