Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki says recovering funds and assets linked to the 1MDB scandal as one of the most complex cases.

He added that the case's complexity requires strong international cooperation to trace and recover funds siphoned across multiple countries.
