00:13the Songkran holiday. The hotel is actually newly built slash opened in Aonang with all

00:18facilities you'd love to pools for day swim and sunbathing and it's also a beachfront hotel where

00:24you can relax during the day including enjoy an amazing fire dance performance during the night.

00:28Very nice ambience, great F&B and services from staffs. Highly recommended if you're going to

00:34Aonang slash Riley. Shout out to David and Tina, the two remarkable folks managing the kids activities.

00:41You both made a huge difference to our kids and the overall trip, thanks so much.

00:46The hotel is nice, the breakfasts aren't anything you are going to write a review about,

00:50but they are fine and varied and not too bad. The restaurant at the beachside pool is very yummy

00:55if a bit expensive. Don't miss dinner there with the trio of young ladies singing in the fire show,

01:00lots of fun. The pools were the highlight of the trip. We were happy to be in one of the poolside

01:06family suites and it worked really well for us. The downside as others have mentioned were the

01:11folks at the front desk, perfunctorily friendly and absolutely unhelpful, don't ask them for anything,

01:17don't lose anything, don't have any special requests because it's not going to happen.

01:21They may acknowledge an issue, but they won't actually do anything about it. Having said that,

01:27it's a nice place with nice people, you'll enjoy it. Excellent.

01:42great. The pool area was clean and so was the pool. Nice fresh towels. Very nice staff as well.

01:56Watson's. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel's location is a 10 tense. Three minute walk

02:02to the beach and five minutes to town. The hotel is st. the end of the road, so very quiet. Pools are

02:09great. We spent our time in the pool overlooking the beach. Breakfast was good, great location.

02:18Place was great and priced for what it was. Lots of kids but that happens. Good breakfast and great

02:25beach access. Nice to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. I checked out after only staying

02:31there two nights because I decided to go to Phuket and check it out. I def wish I would have stayed here

02:36instead. We loved the pool on the beach area and the bonus of pool bar and Starbucks right on beach with

02:41comfortable sunbeds and umbrella staff were lovely. Great breakfast rooms were lovely and modern and very

02:46clean. We had a swim-up room but sat on the chairs at beach. We didn't have any sun on the pool.

02:50Veranda everything is close in walking distance to get food snacks. Shopping or grab a long tail boat.

02:55Two islands would definitely stay again. A lovely resort. Very easy to navigate around the surrounding

03:01area. Plenty of options to choose from.

03:22Buffet breakfast wasn't the greatest and some items were not refilled.

03:26My kids wanted flavored milk at 7 a.m. but it was empty on consecutive days.

03:31Room cleaning each day seemed rushed an incomplete, left birthday cake plates and cutlery for two days.

03:36We had to take it out ourselves. The resort itself is great. The location is fantastic,

03:42close to the beach, restaurants and shops. I would come back, pick up from the airport and check in

03:47were very good. Love it.

03:56We had the best stay ever at Santara Aonang. All the positive reviews we read slash heard before

04:09staying here do little justice. It is truly the perfect place for families with children.

04:14The kids club was the highlight as we let the kids engage in activities there while we went to the spa.

04:19Definitely going to come back here, just to enjoy this place again.
