00:00Okay, in my opinion, people I know pay New York City law enforcement to harass me.
00:08It's been going on for years.
00:10I've contacted over a thousand government offices to try and get help.
00:16They will not help me at all.
00:18I'm located in Manhattan.
00:20Today is May 17th, 2025.
00:24So, long story short, I still call, you know, the FBI, this one, that one, you know, different government offices and email different government offices to try and get help.
00:40But what I started doing is in my spare time when basically New York City law enforcement, I think when I say this, people just have no clue what I'm talking about.
00:51So, basically, New York City law enforcement has women and men of all ages that run around the city in regular clothes, harassing people and running scams.
01:05I don't think people realize how much money goes into law enforcement in, you know, Manhattan or New York City.
01:13It's billions of dollars.
01:15So, anyway, so what I've been doing lately is, so basically, so law enforcement has a massive amount of women and men running around for them off the books.
01:35These people do not work, officially work for the government.
01:38They don't work for, officially work for law enforcement.
01:42They're, they're, they work for law enforcement, but it's off the books.
01:45They're paying them however they're paying them.
01:47They have these people harassing me constantly.
01:51So, I said to myself, when, when these off the books scam artists that work for law enforcement get called for jury duty,
02:02I have a high suspicion that they're not telling the judge, oh, excuse me, your honor,
02:07I run scams for law enforcement off the books.
02:13I don't think they're saying that.
02:16I was at jury duty and law enforcement, in my opinion, had women and men in regular clothes harassing me in the courthouse on Center Street.
02:27Because anytime I basically go almost anywhere, law enforcement has to have women and men in regular clothes crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face, blowing vape smoke in my face, yelling, screaming, whatever.
02:40Because, you know, they're spending millions of dollars harassing me.
02:44And, I mean, obviously, internal affairs, internal affairs is not helping me.
02:50Neither is anyone else I've reached out to.
02:52They're harassing me today.
02:53So, I said, how could law enforcement have women and men show up to the courthouse the same day as me for jury duty and harass me?
03:08They have all these people running around off the books.
03:11So, I said, you know, I suspect that law enforcement is using these women and men for jury tampering is the proper terminology.
03:30Jury tampering or rigging juries.
03:33I mean, I see them rigging things and sabotaging things left and right from them harassing me.
03:45So, what I've been doing is, in my spare time, I said, you know what?
03:52I mean, obviously, I still contact government offices every day, the FBI, other government offices to try and get help.
04:00Even though, I think that I'm going to get help from the general public before I get help from the government.
04:10I mean, anybody that's being harassed by law enforcement that's watching this, I mean, you know, listen, I respect everyone's opinion.
04:16I don't argue with people on the web.
04:19Law enforcement's looking for any reason to get me kicked off every single social media site.
04:25So, obviously, I have to be more careful than anybody because all I do is expose law enforcement.
04:31And, in my opinion, I think I'm pretty accurate.
04:34So, I mean, what's my motivation?
04:36I don't make any money from it.
04:38I mean, hopefully one day, but I don't make any money now.
04:41So, I said to myself, you know, I could keep calling these government offices over and over.
04:55I've been calling them for over 10 years.
04:57They haven't helped me at all.
04:58I said, you know what, while I'm, you know, walking around New York City or taking the buses or subways or whatever, and law enforcement has their, you know, their civilian team, I call them harassing me constantly because, you know, without a care in the world about getting caught.
05:15But, I said, you know what, let me start contacting courts.
05:20I'm contacting federal courts.
05:22I'm contacting state courts.
05:24Oh, one second.
05:25I'm contacting federal courts.
05:27I'm contacting state courts.
05:30I'm contacting thousands and thousands of lawyers and just letting them know that I suspect the police and the FBI are, they're jury tampering.
05:42They're tampering with juries.
05:43They're jury tampering.
05:44They're rigging juries.
05:45They're, they're putting their, in my opinion, their, I'm not, I don't think anyone from the courts knows about it.
05:52I'm not, you know, I'm, I'm contacting the courts.
05:55I always treat everyone from the courts respectfully.
05:57Obviously, I'm not a lawyer.
05:59I don't know anything about the law.
06:01I've represented myself in some lawsuits and I'm, I'm working on more now.
06:06I'm, um, I lost everyone, but I'm working on more.
06:11I'm, I'm, um, trying to put together a lawsuit against the New York City police right now.
06:16It just takes so much time.
06:17Um, so, um, but like I said, I'm contacting in my spare time because, I mean, look, everybody has their, their own opinion.
06:32Believe me, don't believe me, um, New York City law, well, let's just say the New York City police has, oh, they have a massive amount of employees, a massive amount of people, billions of dollars.
06:48All I'm saying is law enforcement is huge.
06:51I suspect that the police and FBI have off the books and I've, I've contacted the police and FBI about this.
07:01I'm not sitting here like, you know, like I've, I've emailed and called the police and one second.
07:07I've emailed and called the police and FBI, several FBI offices, U.S. attorneys, district attorneys.
07:16Um, and I said, and I've said exactly what I'm saying now.
07:19I said law enforcement has a massive amount of people running around for them off the books.
07:27And I suspect they're using these people to, to, for jury tampering and rigging juries.
07:32And, uh, to be honest, again, you know, believe me, don't believe me.
07:38I respect everyone's opinion.
07:39I suspect that the police and FBI could possibly be printing their own jury envelopes.
07:46I mean, I had jury duty.
07:47It was a, it was ink on a piece of paper and ink on an envelope.
07:51It wasn't any, uh, encrypted, like, I mean, all I said, when I look, when I got my jury envelope a couple months ago.
08:00And, of course, like, what, what, when I got my jury envelope, I said to myself, law enforcement could recreate this, you know, law enforcement could recreate this, you know, in, I, I, easily, in my opinion.
08:18So, anyway, that's it, um, but like I said, I, I just, um, I, I mean, I, you know, I've been getting harassed.
08:27If anyone knows how I could legally get New York City law enforcement to stop harassing me, please let me know.
08:35Um, I don't want to start getting into specifics.
08:39A lot of people blocked my number.
08:40The Manhattan FBI blocked my phone number.
08:43Uh, New York City Police Headquarters blocked my phone number.
08:45I have no criminal record.
08:47I don't do anything illegal.
08:49Uh, the Manhattan District Attorney's Office blocked my phone number.
08:53The U.S. Attorney Northern District blocked my phone number.
08:56Southern District is, they just have, whenever I call, they just have, they have no voicemail.
09:01They just have security guards pick up the phone as far as, as if I'm correct.
09:06Verify everything yourself.
09:07Use this information at your own risk.
09:10Um, you know, so, I mean, this has been going on for over 10 years.
09:14Uh, I'm a full-time student, senior at Baruch College, B-A-R-U-C-H College in Manhattan.
09:21I'm making the best of it.
09:24Um, I mean, but they are viciously harassing me.
09:27For example, uh, if you like men, they have men.
09:31This is not anything against women.
09:33If you like men, they have men.
09:35If you like women, they have women.
09:36They had a bunch of, uh, young women, you know, like in their 20s, whatever, uh, try to, uh, date me, try to, uh, befriend me, to set me up.
09:49Either that or I'm just the hottest thing in New York City right now.
09:53Uh, they had a bunch of, uh, young women try and, like, hook up with me, befriend me.
09:59Um, obviously, I ignored them.
10:02Uh, I, I didn't, I ignored them.
10:05Um, to set me up.
10:08What else?
10:09What else?
10:10They have people constantly trying to pick fights at me.
10:13People blowing vape smoke in my face over and over and over.
10:17When they start blowing, like, so when law enforcement has people, like, just crashing into me, shoving their phones in my face.
10:23In stores, supermarkets, subway, I've contacted, uh, the subway and bus people about it.
10:30I said, I mean, I'm, I'm, I don't know what you could do, but law enforcement has women and men in regular clothes harassing me constantly in the subways and buses.
10:40Um, you know, I've contacted, uh, I mean, if you Google different government offices, I mean, I, I'd be surprised if you found one in New York City that I haven't, you know, I mean, I've contacted any government office.
10:53That possibly could help you with, uh, with, uh, police brutality or law enforcement harassment.
10:59Oh, the NYPD, the New York City police has issued me more than 30 police reports with me as the victim.
11:06Anybody watching this right now, do you know anyone that's been issued 30 separate police reports with me as the victim?
11:14And, and they would, when I did a freedom of information request, a FOIL request, whatever it's called, they wouldn't even send me the information.
11:20I just started emailing all these different government agencies and then finally they sent it.
11:24Anyway, I got to take a bus.
11:26Markpine.com is my website all about it.
11:29M-A-R-K-P-I-N-E like pineapple.
11:31Markpine.com.
11:32Thank you very much and have a great day.
11:34Thank you for watching and have an amazing day.
