Hyderabad (Telangana), May 17, 2025 (ANI): Slamming Karnataka MLA Manjunath for his reported statement on Operation Sindoor, BJP leader CR Kesavan called Congress leaders ‘sena virodhi’ and anti- Armed Forces mindset. He said, "Many statements of Congress leaders reflect their anti-armed forces mindset... Through his obnoxious and foul-mouthed statement, Congress MLA Manjunath tried to defame, discredit and deplorably attack the armed forces. He has the audacity to question the authenticity and the legitimacy of Operation Sindoor... His deplorable comments are not just unpatriotic; they are anti-national... But what better do you expect from Congress? Do you expect the Congress party to condemn Manjunath? No, because they have a history of mocking the armed forces... How the Congress Party has failed to stand by the nation and our armed forces will never be forgotten nor forgiven."

00:18valiant defense personnel and the Congress leaders have also tried to damage the reputation

00:24of our brave armed forces.

00:28This obnoxious statement of Mr. Manjanaat, Congress MLA from Karnataka, is in the most foul-mouthed

00:38manner this Congress MLA has tried to defame, discredit and deplorably attack the armed forces.

00:49He has the audacity, the Congress MLA, to question the authenticity and the legitimacy of Operation

00:56Sindur. Shame on these Congress leaders and the Congress party. This Congress leader Manjanaat

01:04has said that what did the armed forces do? They just flew, flying a few planes here and

01:10there is bunkum, it's sham, it's show off. This is what he terms Operation Sindur as. His

01:16deplorable comments are not just unpatriotic, they are anti-national. And the way in which

01:22he's tried to demean and demoralize their armed forces can never be forgiven. But what better

01:29do you expect of the Congress party? Do you expect the Congress party to condemn Mr. Manjanaat

01:34and take action? No, because you see the history of the Congress party even after Operation Sindur

01:40had began. You know, leaders of the Congress party like Mr. Timmapur, Ajay Rai, Imrar Masood,

01:47they mocked, you know, they made fun. They badmouthed the armed forces and now Mr. Manjanaat has

01:52done this. But there is a history to this. One should remember the leader of opposition in

01:57the Maharashtra assembly of the Congress party, when 2611 Mumbai terror attacks happened.

02:03He said, he gave a clean sheet to the terrorists when the Congress leader said, the ATS chief

02:08Hemant Karkareji was not murdered by Kassab, the dreaded terrorists. He gave, the Congress

02:14leader gave a clean sheet to Kassab. Then you know how the Congress leaders doubted and questioned

02:19the surgical attacks in 2016. And people like, you know, Chani, a former chief minister of

02:25Border State, Sam Petroda, they questioned the Balaport airstrikes. And now we've seen

02:30how reprehensibly the Congress leaders have been criticizing the great Operation Sindur,

02:36one of our greatest military achievements. At a time when the whole nation, all of us

02:41are expressing our gratitude and we are saluting our brave armed forces for their selfless sacrifice

02:48courage. The Congress party is insulting, questioning and humiliating their courage and bravery.

02:56This behavior of the Congress party where they fail to stand, the Congress party has failed

03:01to stand by the nation and our armed forces will never be forgiven nor forgotten by our people.
