06:36make in terms of emotionally

06:42he came at it from this is not perfect

06:44and anytime I've ever done a movie

06:46no matter what the movie was or show

06:48was, which is, this isn't perfect yet,

06:50but we're gonna make it as good as we can.

06:52And not like, I'm amazing,

06:54I'm really good and I know what I'm doing

06:56and so if you don't do it this way

06:58it's not gonna work. If you come at it that way

07:22Jake listens, he hears you.

07:24We were rehearsing

07:26and debating

07:28and coming up with that like, that

07:30last scene until the day we did

07:32it and it still wasn't

07:34perfect, you know. It worked.

07:36It worked. I mean, major changes

07:38that we were making

07:40because it just wasn't, and then we kind of

07:42found the thing that clicked that last night

07:44in the hotel, in that hotel room we were all

07:46sitting in. Where like, you know

07:48it just felt like we were gonna blow up the movie

07:50but that was the,

07:52that was the magic sauce and we got it

07:54to a point that really worked.

07:56Yeah, Jake allowed for that.

07:58And a lot of patience. I mean, he never lost.

08:04I wanna just say

08:06integrity.

08:10That's good, I like that.

08:12Integrity. Why?

08:14Well, because I, I think

08:18it's about, honestly

08:20it's about ownership. It really is.

08:22Or maybe that's it. It's ownership, right?

08:24And I think, I think ownership

08:26as it pertains to

08:28the good, the bad, and the ugly.

08:30And, and, and being able to, you know

08:32that's what I think all of these characters

08:34have, are complex in that way

08:36and they're three dimensional

08:38because they, they have all those parts

08:40and they're not. And I, and I love that the movie

08:42is not trying to

08:44make any one of them more heroic

08:46than they've earned it to, for them to be.

08:48Um, and, and it's not running away

08:52from showing how flawed they are.

08:54And, and, uh, and I think that's

08:58one thing that will always

09:00separate this movie from the rest.
