00:08And we're going to actually write down thoughts you would have as if you manifested $10,000.

00:13So the first one would be like, I have $10,000.

00:22And then we're going to link our feelings to each thought.

00:25So draw three arrows from the three lines of the thoughts.

00:30And write down feeling one, two, and three.

00:32For feeling three, we'd feel so excited.

00:35For number two, the thought of this is a miracle, the feeling would be blessed.

00:39And for thought number three of I'm so surprised, your feeling would be stunned.

00:45Now, draw a circle around all of these three thoughts and feelings together.

00:49Because this is going to make sure that each of these thoughts and feelings

00:53are completely combined together energetically.

00:56Then you're going to affirm the three thoughts or three T's for five minutes.

01:01Over and over and over, you're just going to say all three of them out loud.

01:04And then you're going to affirm the F's, the three feelings for five minutes.

01:08You're literally going to say, I feel stunned.

01:10I feel blessed.

01:11Over and over and over.

01:13Circle those when you're completed with a highlighter.
