00:00Today's story, the tale of Prophet Eunice and the big fish.

00:10Once upon a time, in a peaceful home, Mama was sitting with her two daughters,

00:17Hafsa, who was six years old, and her little sister, Ira, who was just three.

00:23Mama gently, As-salamu alaykum, my sweetheart.

00:28Today, I'm going to tell you a beautiful story.

00:32The story of Prophet Eunice, alayhis salaam, Hafsa.

00:38Excited. Who was he, Mama?

00:40Mama. He was a prophet sent by Allah to guide the people of Nineveh.

00:46But his people didn't listen to him.

00:49They were disobedient and refused to believe in Allah.

00:58Ira, sadly, that's not nice.

01:02Mama.

01:03Prophet Eunice tried and tried, but they didn't change.

01:07He became upset, and he left the city without waiting for Allah's command.

01:13He boarded a ship to go far away.

01:16But as the ship sailed, a mighty storm came.

01:20The waves were huge.

01:22The wind roared.

01:23Hafsa, worried.

01:25Oh, no. What happened?

01:28Mama.

01:29The people on the ship thought someone must be thrown off to calm the storm.

01:34They drew lots, and Prophet Eunice's name came up.

01:39He was thrown into the deep, dark sea.

01:43But Allah didn't forget his prophet.

01:46He sent a big fish to swallow Eunice.

01:49Peace be upon him.

01:51Whole.

01:52But not to harm him.

01:54To keep him safe.

01:55Ira, softly.

01:57Inside the fish.

01:58Was he okay?

02:00Mama, calmly.

02:01Yes, baby.

02:03He was alive.

02:04In the belly of the fish, it was dark and quiet.

02:08Prophet Eunice, A.S., realized he had made a mistake.

02:12So he prayed from his heart.

02:14Mama.

02:15Soft.

02:16Emotional.

02:17La ilaha ilaha anta subhanaka.

02:20Ini kuntu mina zalimin.

02:21There is no God but you, O Allah.

02:25You are perfect.

02:26I was wrong.

02:28Allah heard his dua.

02:30Allah always hears us, especially when we're sorry.

02:34He forgave Eunice, A.S., and told the fish to let him go.

02:40The fish gently released him onto the shore.

02:43Mama.

02:44After some rest, Prophet Eunice, A.S., went back to his people.

02:49And this time, they listened.

02:52They believed in Allah and followed the truth.

02:55Mama, smiling.

02:57Now, what can we learn from this beautiful story?

03:01Be patient, even when it's hard.

03:03Say sorry when we make mistakes.

03:06And always, always trust Allah, because he never leaves us.

03:12Hafsah.

03:12I'll be patient like Prophet Eunice, A.R.A., and I'll say sorry when I do something wrong.
