09:51Jayavir from the beginning has been a very brilliant student with us when he came in the primary, so the school took him with open arms and I would say right from, it's not just teachers,
10:03the students amazingly participated in Jayavir's journey because we never felt that there is a different student in the class and Jayavir also is a happy go lucky child, I never saw that he has some resentment that why he is suffering or why he is having some sort of disability, he would enjoy every moment in the class
10:26and then most importantly whatever school could do school was doing but I appreciate the contribution of parents because without parents contribution because school and parents it's a team, so I never saw Jayavir's parents complaining, sometimes our lift will not work
10:45and in that case I saw them carrying without asking school for assistance, carrying Jayavir in the lap, both father, sometimes father and sometimes mother and sometimes sisters would come, he's got two elder sisters, so I would always appreciate that how family together is helping Jayavir and Jayavir himself was very enthusiastic,
11:06so I would say the result today, it's not just academic result, it's a testament to his grit, resilience, not only his grit and resilience but his family also.
11:17I think that Jayavir is a great help because whenever teachers felt that there is some easiness in taking Jayavir to labs or taking Jayavir to various classes, so they would come to me and we would sit together and plan.
11:44So entire classroom, so entire classroom, plus one, plus two, mass media, we have a separate vocational wing.
11:49So when we created that separate vocational wing, the lift was taking some time to come up.
11:54So class teachers with the concern came that we cannot help Jayavir to get real talent and skill without his going to lab.
12:05So that's how we planned his classroom in the ground floor only and all friends willingly sat in that classroom which was outside the vocational wing.
12:16So in ground floor, so it's a contribution of class fellows as well as teachers.
12:20And wherever Jayavir would face any challenges in preparing English or in preparing any other subject, the teachers gave extra time willingly because everybody wanted to see him shining.
12:33So right from the arrangement, bringing him to lab, bringing his class to ground floor.
12:39So everybody was concerned and nobody felt that we are doing some extra thing.
