00:35在這次的修法當中,當然是代表的是說,如果經濟部或是台灣電力公司有意願的話,
00:42他們是可以向核能安全委員會申請執照的換發。
00:46但這其實是不會發生在今年,因為可能重啟核電廠需要經過一連串的審查,
00:52包含說重新進行地震或者是斷層的評估。
00:56所以這些都是未知的,只能說這一定很昂貴或者是很漫長。

01:08但我們也有經驗去進行社會溝通。
01:11台灣的反運動自1986年的第一場反運遊行以來已經堅持超過38年。
01:17我們有信心能夠繼續的面對核電重啟的這些永和事例。
01:21但是其實5月17號的核三廠出役仍然是一個非常值得慶祝的事情。
01:265月17號後的台灣將會沒有任何的一座核電廠正式的進入非核家園。
01:32這是亞洲的第一個國家。
