00:00all right so uh i saw people started slamming uh russell westbrook for whatever reason

00:06did you see that article uh that that the espn put out i guess it was uh i think it was ramona

00:13shelbourne she deserves the credit since it was such a bad uh job that she did uh basically saying

00:19how uh what a bad teammate he is and that guys don't like him and where is where do they find

00:27this stuff they love doing this stuff to russ right it seems like westbrook always uh somehow

00:32finds his way into these well let's just say scotty before you comment on it uh that aaron gordon

00:37uh he wasn't having any of it this was his entire one minute press conference after the nugget game

00:44last night yeah i don't feel like talking about the game uh earlier i caught wind of an article that

00:51came out uh about russell westbrook and in our locker room after game two which was a completely

00:58arbitrary article and pointless and unnecessary um by uh whoever it was that put it out

01:06russ is one of the most talented basketball players that has ever played the game of basketball

01:12quite frankly he's been great for us all year long we're brothers we spend more time with our team

01:20than we do with our own family of course there's going to be disagreements but that conversation

01:25wasn't for anybody other than our own group and the entire like the internal workings of our locker

01:32room so that article is just so arbitrary and so far from the truth russ has been amazing for us

01:41and not only is he a great basketball player but he's an even better human being so and he's going

01:47to continue to be great for us and he's going to make a huge impact and he's going to help us win

01:51these next two games and that's all i got to say guys okay okay so i don't know anything about it

01:57all i all i know is i i think it was uh am i crazy i saw this uh video clip of was it austin rivers that

02:05opened his mouth about him and uh is that who it was i think it was and then i'm like well first of all

02:11you don't matter and then second of all uh you know what is this chick writing this article for

02:19what's her problem you know go put you know put something better to use of your day like i don't

02:26understand what is she attacking him for is that what she was doing like just i didn't see an article

02:32that she wrote an attack piece on russell westbrook like first of all who cares what she thinks

02:37like i honestly like who gives a rat's ass about her to begin with like honestly like i know some

02:43people will say she's a great reporter okay whatever like you know okay i mean isn't she usually

02:51sucking up to the lakers out in los angeles i don't give a rat's ass what anyone thinks in my opinion of

02:57her either i don't care about her i don't care if the you know wind knocks her wig off i don't i don't

03:03give a rat's ass what anyone thinks of my opinion of her but i don't understand hit pieces on on

03:09anyone to be honest with you let alone this guy now how many times do i have to say it this guy

03:15whether you like him or not is irrelevant he averaged a triple double for two consecutive years

03:21every night that's hall of fame right there who in their right mind has a triple double every

03:29single night for an entire nba season not once twice like you gotta be kidding me and then like

03:39what you're making up stories that people don't like him well maybe they don't what are they jealous

03:45of him he's intense he's an intense player he's going straight to springfield okay to the hall of fame

03:54that's where he's going that guy is one of the best players i've ever seen play and then they remember

04:00the last couple years might they started talking about him he can't shoot i've seen this guy knock

04:04down so many big shots and so many threes since they said he couldn't shoot that it's almost laughable

04:10so she can have another sandwich and she's good at that too i've seen her and then um you know and

04:16you can quote me on that too because i'm not nice and i never have been okay so have another one

04:22honey and i don't care what anyone thinks you want to do hit pieces well if you do hit pieces

04:27then we do hit jobs on you too well it's all everyone's fair game now right isn't that the

04:34way it should be if you can dish it out you better be able to take it and believe me i know all about

04:41taking it
