00:16Hi, this is jambalaya.
00:18Several Louisiana-created dishes that we make here.
00:21Starts out with seasoning and andouille sausage, ham,
00:26and casa, which is a smoked seasoned pork.
00:29And then tomato paste, shrimp stock, chopped tomatoes,
00:35peppers, onions, celery, you know, several other things.
00:39And then you can get it as an entree or by the bowl or the cook.
00:42Yeah, we eat here four or five times a month, easy.
00:46And this is my favorite thing here.
