00:09Number one, up to the speed, which means having the latest information and skills.
00:16Example, before we start on the new project, I'll bring you up to the speed on what's been done so far.
00:23And the second one, pull your weight, which means do your fair share of work.
00:30If we all pull our weight, we can finish the project on time.
00:39And the third one is, call the shots, which means to make important decisions.
00:45If we all pull our weight, we can finish the project on time.
00:49Example, as the team leader, she calls the shots in this project.
00:54And the last idiom is, behind the scenes, which means the work that happened in the background.
