Sure, it benefited the Mavs for the first time ever, but this year's NBA Draft Lottery has a lot of NBA fans convinced the whole thing is rigged, especially after the team traded Luka Doncic earlier this year. What do you think? Kevin seems convinced the whole thing was set up months ago.
