00:30Accused of committing crimes against humanity, Duterte emerges victorious with more than 660,000 votes,

00:36beating his former spokesperson and cabinet secretary, Carlo Lograles, who only got 80,000 votes.

00:43In Pasig City, Vico Soto is assured of a third term as mayor, winning over businesswoman Sara Deskaya in another landslide.

00:50Soto's ticket, Giting Lang Pasig, also wins a straight victory,

00:53with Pasig Lone District Representative Roman Romolo securing a win against lawyer Ian Sia.

00:58Sia was earlier disqualified by the Comelec Second Division over sexist remarks about solo parents.

01:04In Manila, Isco Moreno meantime reclaims the mayoral post, winning over incumbent mayor and his former ally, Honey Lacuna.

01:12Lacuna was Moreno's vice mayor when he held the top post in 2019 to 2022, before he ran for a presidential bid and lost.

01:20In Makati City, Nancy Binay claims the mayoral post, making her the fifth Binay to become the city's mayor.

01:27She defeats her brother-in-law, Makati's Second District Representative Luis Campos, the husband of term-limited mayor Abby Binay.

01:33In Las Piñas, the Villars lose their hold as the city's representative in the House, as city councillor Mark Anthony Santos defeats Senator Cynthia Villar.

01:43The 2025 polls is the first time the Villar family lost a position since Manny Villar held the congressional seat in 1992.

01:51In Marikina, Ma and Teodoro meantime wins as mayor, continuing the Teodoro's hold over the city since 2016.

01:56She defeats fellow congresswoman Stella Quimbo.

02:00Teodoro is switching seats with her spouse, Mayor Marcy Teodoro, who won her seat in the House of Representatives.

02:06Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte secures her third and final term in office.

02:11She follows the footsteps of her father, former House Speaker Sonny Belmonte, who held the mayoralty position for nine years.

02:19Meantime in Leyte, Irwin Espinosa, son of slain Albuera Mayor Rodando Espinosa Sr., wins the mayoral race in Albuera Town.

02:26Espinosa survived a gun attack on April 10 during a campaign sortie, sustaining a gunshot wound to the chest.

02:33He was tagged by former President Rodrigo Duterte as Eastern Visayas' top drug lord.

02:38And in Baguio City, incumbent Mayor Benjamin Magalong is poised to win a third term,

02:43as his closest rival, Baguio City Representative Mark Goh, formally conceded Monday night.
