00:00it's incredibly stressful for us we don't have spare income we're on a one income family with
00:06the additional costs of a 26 year old adult plus the additional costs now kcc are trying to impart
00:14onto us and you know life is very difficult for for hannah um she can't communicate effectively
00:20she gets very frustrated and you know without sounding too emotional about it the few moments
00:26of joy she gets interacting say with some animals that you know when she goes out on on the trip
00:31or going trampolining at blue water i don't think those few moments of joy should be taken away
00:36because other adults get to experience moments of joy and i don't feel that kcc are meeting their
00:43part of the contract i know things in there that i believe they are now not sort of meeting in terms
00:49of requirements and i just feel a bit of a failure to hannah if i'm honest and i know it's not my fault
00:55but she relies on me and i feel that if we sorry i'm gonna get upset now but i feel if we don't pay
01:00for these services we're kind of letting her down if you know what i mean
