IBA , Zambales — Commission on Elections (Comelec) officers, led by Zambales Provincial Election Supervisor Cristina Guiao-Garcia (left), raises the hand of Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane after winning his third term in the May 12 midterm elections. Assisting in the proclamation is Dr. William Roderick Fallorin, Zambales School Division superintendent Ebdane garnered 306,367 votes, with a 275,500 lead over his lone opponent in the race.
