The Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed the liberation of Kotlyarovka in the Donetsk People's Republic. As part of ongoing offensives, Russian units claimed significant tactical gains across Donetsk and Sumy regions. According to the ministry, more than 1,000 Ukrainian troops were killed and dozens of vehicles, HIMARS launchers, and depots were destroyed.
