00:00The biggest takeaway when it comes to the MMR vaccine or other vaccines that create immunity
00:07for children is that they work. There are chances of side effects, but their benefits tremendously
00:14outweigh those potential side effects. Children who get vaccinated have superior protection.
00:20They don't need to be exposed to those viruses. And as a result, they are a healthier population
00:26that we can then address their chronic health needs by focusing on diet, on exercise, on
00:32lifestyle changes, food additives, all of the above. We don't need to create this false dichotomy.
00:38I would say have a conversation with your primary care doctor, your pediatrician. They'll be the ones
00:43to give you accurate information. And they're the ones that are going to be liable for that
00:47information. So you know that they're telling you the truth. In addition to that knowledge,
00:52don't listen to other people who are pretending to be experts on social media. There's a lot of
00:58people who are claiming to have all the answers when in reality, they have no expertise to be
01:03giving that information, no liability if that information is wrong. And in reality, what they're
01:09doing is fueling distrust in order to create attention clicks. And that is not what we want
01:16when it comes to health. We want honesty. We want transparency so that we can protect our nation's
01:21children.
