00:12Pero paglilinaw ni Singson, wala pa silang anumang access dito.

00:17Dagdag pa ni Singson, ito raw ang unang beses na nangyari ito at very unusual.

00:24Kasalukuyang din nilang hinihintay ang paliwanag mula sa COMELEC.

00:28Patuloy rin po namin susubukang kunin ang palig ng COMELEC, pero wala pa po silang tugon sa amin.

00:38We have transmitted 34.38% has already been transmitted.

00:48The sad news is that we have not had access to any of that data.

00:53So it is of concern to us.

00:55Since we have been in constant touch with COMELEC, we have not yet received a response.

01:02The only data file that we got in PPCRV is a file with a header title.

01:08And what did you get, Noel?

01:11We also got a header just a few minutes ago.

01:14So we're still waiting for the results to come in.

01:17So while over 30%, one-third, of the transmissions throughout the country have already been transmitted,

01:27we have zero access to any of that data.

01:30I have to say that this is quite unusual and that this has not happened since 2010,

01:36that we have not received even a first dump when over one-third of the data has already been transmitted.

01:45We understand that COMELEC is meeting right now.

01:49We pray.

01:50We pray for a quick resolution.

01:52And most importantly, we pray for quick access to the data so we have eyes on what is happening in the country.

01:59We will get back to you once we have our data.

02:04But we just wanted to say that this is unusual and we're concerned.

02:09I'll turn over to the president of KBP, Mr. Ramon, to add to that statement.

02:16Yes, I agree.

02:17For the KBP, as I say, cooperation, of course, with PPCRV and other stakeholders,

02:21we're just saying that the expected timetable more or less was, well, the transmission was delayed.

02:30So we don't have the explanation yet, so we're waiting on the COMELEC to provide explanation.

02:36So we're not saying that there's a problem per se, but we're just waiting for the explanation.

02:41So we hope that it's forthcoming.

02:43We'll start with constant communication with them.

02:45And as soon as we get access to the PPCRV as well as an explanation, we'll relate to the public.

02:50But the bright side, there is always a bright side to any issue.

02:56The bright side is that more than one-third of the votes have already been transmitted.

03:00We would just like eyes on them very soon.
