00:10but this, I mean, the chap did so much damage, and for what? For what reason?

00:21you're trying to just work from day to day, and then all of a sudden, Monday, you come in,

00:25you've got a full list of things you want to get done for the week,

00:27and all of a sudden, you've now got to go around, shopping around for quotes,

00:31trying to get a new window fitted.

00:33We're an independent business, single branch, yeah, it hurts, but it is what it is,

00:38you've just got to get on with it.
